About the Artist:

Øyunn B (Oyunn Iversen) (b. 1989) is a contemporary artist who has taken her traditional art education, with a focus on drawing, into the realm of conceptual installations.

Øyunn has a background from the Writing Program in Bø and Einar Granum School of Fine Art. She began her artistic career in 2013 and has worked with drawing, painting, and organizing art events. Initially, she was involved with Kunst FTW, which hosted various Art Raves in Oslo, including at Skippergata 22. Later, she opened and ran Stampen Kulturhus for 1.5 years before Galleri Kladden opened in August 2019, where she participated in several group exhibitions. She exhibited an installation at the FoMa Festival in 2022 and held her first solo exhibition at Kikutstua in December 2022.

Øyunn’s works largely revolve around drawing and installations, with a strong emphasis on interactivity.
